A member pays in
The contribution goes straight into the group's regulated virtual account — never into an account Potli controls.

We log exactly who paid what, so the group's balance always matches what's actually in the account.

An expense gets submitted
Any member can submit an expense with the vendor's UPI ID and an amount.

The spend limit is checked
Before anything moves, we verify the group has enough balance and the member is within their spend limit.

Admin approves it
The admin reviews and approves — spends above a member's limit always need this sign-off first.

Payout fires to the vendor
Approved money moves directly to the vendor's UPI ID — never to a member's personal account.
